Best Western Greenfield Inn

I stayed for here with my daughter for 28 days. Hotel was close to highway but was quiet. Check in & check out was quick. Room was clean, beds were good, breakfast was included in tariff. All the staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful, enough car parking was available. Hotel looked safe to me. They have laundromat available in premises was really a bonus for long stay travelers. They have small shop close to reception was really helpful.

The place is great!! very clean rooms, hotel and pool area! it was such a great stay, all of the staff we friendly and helpful, housekeeping were kind, grabbed trash every time we needed with a baby! we could exchange towels as needed as well. asked for a room close to the pool they didn’t disappoint! The pool is very nice, large space, beautiful gym with multiple pieces of equipment, weight bench, dumbbells, cable weight set, fresh clean water, fans and an AC in the gym. There is a nice sauna next to the jaczuzzi tub that is quite large with standing and sitting room. The pool leads out to the garden area with gazebos, a grill and chairs. the location is great 11 minutes to the airport, 16 minutes to Detroit! close enough to all the things to do, but in a calm convenient location. there is a shopping plaza a mile away with a Target, TJ max or marshals, and food places. The staff was amazing, breakfast is included and is a set up in their restaurant as a buffet and then regular dining seating with booths or tables. The variety was great for picky people, eggs daily, some days it was sausage others bacon or ham. It changed between pancakes, waffles and French toast, plus they had gravy and biscuits one day, juice station, coffee station, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurts, bagels, toast, English muffins, cereal bar, donut holes. They kept it full stocked the entire breakfast time up until closing. This was the best place and we were so happy to stay, we will definitely utilize this hotel and recommend it to anyone going to the Detroit area!!!!!!

The location was perfect for getting to the Henry Ford Museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and on point. Loved the restaurant on premises and they had excellent food and drink selection for dinner and the service was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was a nice touch as well plus you can order off of a menu if wanted and the fresh fruit and a buffet of condiments for oatmeal if you like Oatmeal

Stayed here several times as it's close to family and happy to return. The beds were firmer this time and that helped my back a lot. Room, pool area, lobby, and restaurant were clean. We got an "over sized" double queen bedroom which was quite spacious. Parking lot well lit and access to all doors except the main require a key entry which makes us feel safe. Complimentary full breakfast is always hot and plentiful. (Psst, Please get flavored creamer!) Front desk staff was very courteous. Hotel mini store well stocked. We love the koi pond and courtyard gazebos!

We were really exceptionally surprised with this hotel- would go back Detroit and stay here.
